1. Privacy & Data Protection
1.1. Each party shall ensure that it shall at all times during the term of this agreement comply with all the provisions and obligations imposed on it by Data Protection legislation.

1.2. For the purpose of this agreement the Data Protection Act shall mean:
1.2.1. the Data Protection Act 1984 as long and as far as it is still applicable to processing of personal data pursuant to this Agreement;
1.2.2. the Data Protection Act 1998 as soon as it becomes applicable to processing of personal data pursuant to this agreement
1.2.3. any other data protection legislation adopted pursuant to the Data Protection Act 1998

1.3. The DSL support system holds only technical data, and any contact data as supplied by the customer to DSL. DSL will not use this data in any way other than to provide service as outlined in this document. DSL will not share your information with any 3rd Parties, or use it for any marketing activities except where you have given us express written permission.
